一日几餐.......都唔够!!!

Let's start with breakfast......
Ordinary sweet and simply breakfast.........
Eat healthy!! fruity with oats..... Toast, egg, ham and yoghurt.. Of course a cup of coffee is important..
Option 2..:
A simple yet perfect breakfast....

My all time favourite breakfast.....
Toast, ham, baked beans and omelettes.... and..... coffee... =)
They made my day....

Option 3:
A light breakfast...... I mean light........ =D
Hong Kong style breakfast... Sausage and Bacon on macaroni in soup.... 
Now... Time for lunch........ perhaps snacks time..... 
Experiment with food is our hobby when there are unlimited ingredients can be found here compared to Malaysia...... and Of course they are cheaper here because... they are not IMPORTED.......

Haddock Fish Roulade with Creamy Strawberry Sauce...... XD

Option 2: Salmon Roulade and Sashimi.... snacks..... =)

Salmon roulade, Sashimi, Olives and Cheese... with sweet vinegar..... 

Option 3: Baked Pasta with Mushrooms and Cheese.....


Option 4: Couscous with tomatoes, carrots and ham.....

Option 5: Assam Laksa... with egg.... =)

Option 2: Creamy Chessy pasta with Olives...


Option 4: Steaks with Strawberry Sauce... Mash potatoes, Garlic breads...

Option 6: Glutinous Rice with Pork and Mushroom.. 糯米鸡..

Option 7: Chicken Rice........... with oily rice...

Option 8: Sweet and Vinegar Chicken.. 糖醋鸡..

Option 9: Fried Kuey Teoh... 炒粿条..

Option10: Bean-curd with Shallots and Oyster Sauce...

Option 11: Fried Spanish Rice with Turmeric Powder...
